The project of the Argentine Pavilion was presented at Expo Milano 2015. With the theme “Argentina feeds you” the country showcases what has to offer in a context of national policies that are closely linked with the central theme of Expo Milano 2015 Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life.
Covering an area of over 1,900 square meters, the pavilion will become a center of trade promotion, tourism and culture to visitors who come to experience the diversity that characterizes the country. The exhibition is divided into four main themes.
The first step discusses the food security through the economic development policies of the past decade based on social inclusion. Following, the second point, “Argentina feeds the world”, describes the vastness and fertility of the land that produces a wide variety of primary products such as grains, fruits, vegetables but also meat consumed and recognized worldwide. The third step, “Argentina nourishes knowledge”, offers visitors a vision on sustainable innovations and inclusive country. The last theme, “Argentina feeds the debate”, looks at the challenges of capitalism, food sovereignty and fair development.
The Israeli Pavilion tells the story of a people who has always kept the feet on the ground, but has never stopped thinking about the future.
For this reason, the name of the Israeli pavilion at Expo 2015 Milan is “Fields of Tomorrow”, because Israel believes that we can build a future using our resources combined with technology and innovation. Continue Reading →
